Digital Content & Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to digital research publications sold by Veliora Intelligence through its online store, including downloadable PDF reports.
2. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the purchased digital publication is made available through the digital-delivery mechanism used by the store. Customers should use the email address supplied at checkout and follow the delivery instructions provided.
3. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions and conditions established by applicable law.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal can cease once supply begins if the consumer has given prior express consent to the supply beginning during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this consent results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
The relevant consent and acknowledgement are presented during the applicable purchase process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Failed or defective delivery
If a purchased file is not delivered, cannot be accessed, is materially defective, or is corrupted, contact us at contact@velioraintelligence.com. Please include the order information and describe the problem. We may first provide a replacement file or another appropriate remedy where required by law.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the order details so the transaction can be reviewed.
6. Refund processing
Where a refund is legally due or approved under this policy, it will normally be processed using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing times and applicable law.
7. No investment or financial advice
Veliora publications are research and business-intelligence materials. They do not constitute personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Veliora does not manage client funds or execute financial transactions.
8. Contact
Refund and digital-content enquiries should be sent to contact@velioraintelligence.com.
9. Consumer dispute resolution
Consumers may first contact Veliora directly so that the matter can be reviewed. Where applicable, consumers may also use the legally available alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms in Portugal. The competent entity depends on the nature and territorial scope of the dispute.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Current alternative dispute-resolution information is available through the Portuguese public services.
